1.3 cun below SP 15 and 4 cun lateral to the anterior midline on the lateral side of rectus abdominus.
What is the meaning of Fujie
Fujie:”Fu”,abdomen.”Jie”, gather. The name of “Fujie “means that the Qi of Spleen Meridian gather here. The substance of this point is the mixture of mud and water from SP 13(Fushe) point.Since this point is located in depression, the mixture of mud and water flow to the point gather here, hence the name.

1. Abdominal pain, diarrhea, indigestion;

SP 14 Acupuncture Point Therapy
Massage therapy
Use your thumb to rub SP 14(Fujie) for about 200 times, or press and rub it for 3 to 5 minutes to treat umbilical pain.
Moxibustion therapy
Moxa moxibustion on SP 14(Fujie) for 5 to 10 minutes; or 3 to 5 unit.
