What is the meaning of Daheng
Daheng:”Da”,Large,refers to the area of Qi of this point is large.”Heng”, horizontally, the movement of Qi is horizontal wind-qi. The name of “Daheng” means that the substance of this point is the horizontal dampness wind-qi of the heaven from SP 14(Fujie). After reaching this point, the dampness-qiturn into wind-qi due to absorbing heat,the movement of which is the horizontal transmission of the heaven, hence the name.
