What is the meaning of Huaroumen
Huaroumen:”Hua”,flesh,”Rou”,belonging to the spleen, meaning soil,”Men”,gateway,door.The name of “Huaroumen” means that the spleen soil particles of Stomach Meridian are transported to various parts of the body through transformation of wind-qi.The substance of this point is the strong wind-qi from ST 23(Taiyi) point, and the location of this point is the abdomen dominated by the spleen,the particles of the spleen soil with hot and dry blow to all directions,the movement of the particles of the spleen soil like sliding,hence the name.

Massage Therapy
- Use the pad of middle three fingers to press ST 24 point down vertically, then lift up for 1 to 3 minutes, which can assist in relieving chronic gastrointestinal diseases, vomiting, gastroptosis and other diseases.
- Take the supine or sitting position, press ST 24(Huaroumen) acupoints on both sides with the pad of thumb or middle finger of both hands for 1 minute, and then press and knead it in clockwise for 1 to 3 minutes,which can effectively eliminate fat around the belly and prevent from obesity if long-term massage it;
Moxibustion therapy
