What is the meaning of Chongmen
Chongmen:”Chong”,rush out,”Men”, the door. The name of “Chongmen” means that the Qi of Spleen Meridian rushes up to the abdomen from here. The substance of this acupoint is formed by the converge Qi of Spleen Meridian that lower part of the knee and leg. The movement of Qi is like upward rush after absorbing heat, hence the name.

- Press SP 12(Chongmen) point with your thumb for a while, suddenly release it, and repeat it for 5 to 10 times,which can treat lower abdominal pain, bloating, and poor urination.
- Press and rub SP 12(Chongmen) point with the pad of your thumb for 1 to 3 minutes each time.It can promote blood circulation in the lower limbs and relieve the symptoms of cold legs and feet if long-term massage it.
