What is the meaning of Shidou
Shidou:”Shi”,food, the stomach receive the grains, refers to the spleen soil.”Dou”, pore. The name of “Shidou” means that the water of the ground meridian of Spleen Meridian leak to the spleen inside.The substance of this acupoint is the meridian water with more splenic soil from SP 16(Fuai) point,and This point has pore of the ground connected to the spleen,so the spleen soil returns into the spleen, hence the name.

Clinical:indigestion, abdominal pain, and constipation. Stomach cramps, gastric and duodenal ulcers, hyperacidity or decrease, bacillary dysentery, etc.
