What is the meaning of Sidu
SiDu:Si,four,refer to some quantity Du,small ditches. The name of Sidu means that the Qi of San Jiao Meridian turns to the water of the ground due to heat cooling. The substance of this point is the dampness-qi from SJ 8 point(Sanyangluo),some part of qi turns to the water of the ground due to heat cooling,and forms a few small ditches that overflow out of this point, hence the name.

Press SJ 9 pint(Sidu) with your thumb for about 200 times, or press it for 3 to 5 minutes,it can treat arm soreness.
