What is the meaning of Sizhukong

Sizhukong: “Sizhu”,stringed instrument,refers to the movement of Qi as if the sound is floating. “Kong”,refers to emptiness. The name of Sizhukong means that the outside cold dampness-qi of the heaven flows into the San Jiao Meridian, and then cools down to the ground. This point is the end of the San Jiao Meridian. As the Qi from SJ 22(Erheliao) point to this point is extremely deficient,It is empty, and the outside cold dampness-qi of the heaven flows into the point,the floating of Qi like a sound,hence the name.

Use the pad of thumb to press SJ 23(Sizukong) point with a feeling of soreness, swelling and pain for 1 to 3 minutes each time in the morning and evening.Which can promote blood circulation,improve cell metabolism, eliminate wrinkles around the eyes.

For headache

When headache occurs,it is right to press Taiyang point to relieve it. However, if you want to relieve it more faster, Combined with SJ 23(SizhuKong) and Waiguan point more better.

First press SJ 23(Sizukong) for 1 minute,then press Taiyang point for 2 minutes; finally, press SJ 5(Waiguan) point for 3 minutes for better effect.
