On the ulnar end of the transverse wrist crease in a depression between the styloid process of the ulna and the triquetral bone.

What is the meaning of YangGu

Yanggu:Yang,refers to the Yang Qi.Gu,valley, the gap between the two mountains. The name of YangGu means that the qi of the small intestine meridians absorb heat and turn into the yang-qi of the sky. The substance of this point is the damp and hot water-qi from the WanGu point. After reaching the point, the water-qi absorbs heat and vaporizes to a higher level of the heavens,like the valley of Yang Qi, hence the name.
