What is the meaning of Tinggong
Tinggong:Ting,refers to listen, hear the sound. Gong,refers to the Palace. The name of “Tinggong” means that the qi of the small intestine meridians on the surface of the body flows to the body meridians from the point. The substance of this point is the cold cloud-qi from the QuanLiao point. After reaching the point, the cloud-qi vaporizes and rains down to the ground. like hear the rain drop sound,on the other hand,the water flows into underground palace, hence the name.

- Press and rub the Tinggong acupoint with your thumb for 100 to 200 times,it can relieve deafness and tinnitus if long-term massage.
- Press and rub the Tinggong acupoint with the middle finger of both hands from top to bottom for 2 minutes each time. It can relieve eye fatigue.
