What is the meaning of Ximen
Ximen, Xi,refers to the pore,Men,refers to door.The name of Ximen means that the body surface water-qi of the pericardium meridian flow back into the body. The substance of this point is the warm water-qi from PC 3 point(Quze). After reaching this point, it flows back to the internal meridians of the pericardial meridian from the ground pores of this point, hence the name.
