For cough and asthma
Use thumb to knead the Taiyuan acupoint for 3 minutes until the acupuncture point soreness, It can quickly relieve cough and asthma.
For palm pain and numbness
Press Taiyuan acupoint with thumb for a while, then release it, and repeat 5 to 10 times to relieve palm pain and numbness.
For Sore throat
Massage sequence and technique: First alternately press Hegu point with thumb for 1 minute; then use thumb and middle finger of one hand to snap Shaoshang point for about ten times, then change hands to massage the other side,then make a fist with both hands and extend the thumb, rub the Renying acupoint with fingertips for 1 minute,finally, press the Taiyuan acupoint for 30 times.
