What is the meaning of Pianli

Pianli: Pian,refers to deviate,Li,refers to travel, The name of “Pianli” means that the qi of this point deviate from the large intestine. The substance of this point is the qi from Yangxi point. After reaching this point, it expands and spreads out due to absorb heat. However,the qi travels towards the lung meridian due to insufficient qi of place where the lung meridian is located,hence the name.
