The name of “Naokong” means that the Qi of Gallbladder Meridian descends to the ground coldly, and the Qi of the heaven is empty. The substance of this point is the dampness-qi from GB 18(Chengling) point. After reaching this point, the dampness-qi turns into rain,and descends to the ground, and the Qi of the heaven is empty, hence the name.
