What is the meaning of Juliao
Juliao:”Ju”,room, this means to stop. “Liao”, the pore. The name of “Juliao” means that the Qi of Gallbladder Meridian gather here, and flow into the ground from the ground pores of this acupoint. The substance of this point is the meridian water from GB 28(Weidao) point. After reaching this point, it gather here, and flow into the ground from the pores of this point, hence the name.

Use the thumbs of both hands to press and rub GB 29(Juliao) acupoint forcefully for 3 to 5 minutes,which can treat lumbar and leg arthralgia, dispel dampness and relieve pain, and dredge meridians if long-term massage it;
